Just wanted to take a minute to thank Lisa Giacona – our realtor from Ocean View Realty – for her “above and beyond” professional experience selling our condo. She made this experience fun and stress less. I have bought several properties in the Ocala farm region (5) but never had anyone so sweet, kind and hardworking. I will continue to look for and buy in the Ormond beach area only if Lisa will work with me. Many thanks to you Lisa!!
Can’t say enough about the great group of people that work at Ocean View Realty. We purchased a condo in Ormond Beach, tried renting it out selves, no luck called Ocean View to list with them. Before we could fill out paperwork they had our condo rented for us. Thank you Ocean View for always working hard for us on renting and taking care of our condo. When life throws you a curve ball and you have to sell they can also take care of you, ours sold in 16 days. They have a wonderful Realtor on board Lisa Giacona. She is great and works for you. I made a friend with Lisa. If l am ever in the market for a property we will call Lisa. Lisa is someone you can trust. Or if we vacation and need a rental we will call Ocean View. Great people to work with.
My experience was excellent with Ocean View Realty. Lisa was very attentive to my needs and my unique situation. Everything worked out perfectly for a successful sale. I highly recommend this company.
My wife & I booked a vacation house from another company and to our dismay, the house had someone else booked. We were very upset after driving 10 hours only to find out that we had nowhere to stay. We spoke to Ocean View Reality and she was able to get us a house as well as saving us $100! We can’t thank Ocean View Reality for saving our vacation! We are customers for life! Thank you!
My family and I had a great experience with Ocean view. I would definitely recommend. The place we stayed at was nice and in a great neighborhood with a terrific view. They had everything ready for us when we walked in the door. Definitely coming here again next year!
